Police confiscate realty documents from Cirus

Police seized realty documents from prosecutor Cirus Sinaga’s home in South Jakarta on Saturday as part of an investigation of his alleged criminal activity associated with former tax official and corruption convict Gayus Tambunan.

Attorney Parlindungan Sinaga said the police took the document at 10 a.m.

“The document listed the properties of Cirus and when he acquired them. It is an important list as it explains that Cirus did not acquire all his properties in a short time,” he said on Saturday.

Cirus has been detained by National Police since Friday night after an unfinished questioning session. “The property ownership question was question number 16. There were 19 questions,” he said. (threjakartapost.com)
